There are a few types:

Resistive (pressure sensitive). Works with gloves, pens and hand touch
Capacitive (sensitive to human touch only). Does NOT work with gloves or pen.
SAW (Sound Acoustic Wave). Sensitive to any hands, gloves, soft plastic, wood (NOT hard plastic or metal objects).

Of course we bought the OEM package and did it ourselves.

Be aware that your Brightness in Nits will decrease with your touch screen.
