De rugleuning wordt gemaakt van H45 Divinycell.
Goed idee, die metalen randen aan de tafel. Je snijdt zo hoeken van 45 graden, met de hand.

The front seatback, made of H45 Divinycell. Great idea, those metal table edges. 45 deg. edges can easily be cut by hand.

Na, wat knip, plak en kopieer werk zijn de 1:1 mallen klaar om op het Clark-schuim geplakt te worden.

After a few hours cutting, sticking and copying the 1:1 templates are ready to stick to the high-density Clark foam.

Wij gebruiken folie, om het spiegelbeeld van de tekening te maken.

We use plastic to make the mirror image of a drawing.

Wij gebruiken plakband, om de mallen op het schuim te bevestigen.
We zagen gewoon door de mallen heen.

We use normal sticky tape for sticking the templates on the foam. We grind through the templates, with our sawing tool.

De extra ruimte onder de tafel komt nu al van pas.

The extra storage space below the working table, is a benefit already.

Het instrumenten paneel word uit onderdelen tot 1 geheel verlijmt. De scharniertechniek met plakband bewijst zijn functionaliteit.
