De neuswiel cover is gefloxt aan de bodem, een radius micro en wat tape geven de definitive verbinding.

De binnen van de neus cone is klaar, direct in de witte verf .

The inside of the nose cone is finished also the white interior paint is done.

Wij hebben de nutplate constructie in de zijwand vervangen voor een aluminium blokje, hier is het draad direct in te tappen.

We changed the nutplate to an alu.piece, in which thread can be made . So a perfect alignment is the result. We thought that the original structure should give some promblems.

Kijk, nu is ook de uitholling in de zijwand duidelijk bij het pedaal.

Het oude cozy ontwerp had inlaten in de neus, dat is ook goed genoeg voor ons !

The old cozy design had air intakes in the bottom of the nose.
This is perfect for our system.

We schuimen de naca inlaten op hun plaats.

We foamed the naca's on there position.

Uiteraad hebben ze een mooie harde flox rand gekregen..

Of course we have given them a nice flox edge, this will give a firm bond to the glass lay-up

De alu afdek platen van de naca hebben een dubbel functie, maar door over later meer.

The Alu cover plates of the naca inlets have a multiple function, we will discuss that later.

We gebruiken, harige tochtstrip voor afdichting bij het scharnier punt.

We use brush type draft prevention.

All open area's in the nose sections are covered for drag reduction reasons.

De witte vlekken op de bodem zijn onze massa plaat en de VOR antenne.

The white spots on the bottom are our ground plate and the VOR antenna.

Een 60 graden bocht op zeer lage hoogte. Zeg nou zelf, ziet er toch gaaf uit !
