We waren opzoek naar enige afzuiging in de werkplaats.

We were looking for some ventilation in the workshop.

Dit gaat het worden. Een ventilator van 430mm diameter.

This will do the job. The fan has a diameter of 17".

Uiteraard is dit systeem volledig automatisch. (3 ventilatie standen en afsluitklep)

De afsluitklep zit dicht. Zou houden we de werkplaats op temperatuur.

Een gat van 430mm in het dak moet de nodige frisse lucht gaan verschaffen.

De complete werkplaats is nu vet-vrij gemaakt. De prikborden zijn geschilderd.

We hebben de 1:1 tekenen aan elkaar geplakt tot een 3.34m lange 1:1 tekening. (Bedankt Repro)

We added all 1:1 drawings to gether so we hav a 131.5" 1:1 drawing.

Een opklapbare tafel is speciaal gemaakt voor het snijden van het glasdoek.

A special foldable table is constructed for cutting the glass fabric.

Aan de randen zijn er meetlinten in verwerkt. De 45 graden hoek is in het tafelblad gefreesd.

The edges of the table have milled in a decimal tape. The 45 degree angle is clearly milled in the table.

De verschillende weefsels kunnen stofvrij worden bewaard in de bijbehorende kast.

The fabrics can be stored dust-free in the special cabinet.

Voor het stoffige werk willen we plastic gordijnen ophangen voor de ergste rotzooi. Eerst het frame werk lassen

For the dusty work, we will make plastic curtains. First weld a frame for the curtains.

Een tante en mijn moeder hebben de gordijnen gemaakt. Bedankt !!

Schoonmaken, is een van onze bezigheden.

Cleaning is taking a lot of our time.

Ons stofzuigsysteem uitgebreid tot de bandschuurmachine. Een draai aan de aluminium knop, een er is geen stofje meer te bekennen.

Our vacuum system expanded.

Uiteraard ook op de zaagtafel.

Just turn the aluminum knob and all the dust is gone.

Uiteraard is onze zwaai-arm ook uit gerust met de nieuwe draaiknop voor het stofzuig systeem.

Our swing-arm power box also has the new knob for the vacuum system.

De snijtafel is uitgebreidt met een geleide rol. (rood)

Alle voorbereidingen zijn afgerond, eindelijk gaan we beginnen.
